You found the perfect Venue!
Let's make it a reality!
To book your wedding day The Middleton Venue requires 10 % down to secure your date and we have payment plans available.If your wedding day is less than 30 days away your full payment is required upfront day of booking!
A $500 damage deposit is required one week before your event due at your layout tour this is required cashed in an envelope with your name and event date on it. This is required in case the venue gets damaged or you need extra time it will be deducted from your damage deposit.
The damage deposit is returned within 15 business days after your event.
Client is responsible for providing all alcohol, drinks,cups,straws,napkins and garnishes for the bartender to serve. If you choose to add on our soda bar we will provide all sodas,cups,napkins,straws,ice etc. You just provide the alcohol.
Client will have the option to pick out the color for the table linens and runners.
Client will have the option to walk through the ceremony one week before the wedding day including bridal party.
Client is responsible for all cutlery,plates,napkins and serving utensils for catering.
Client is responsible for informing day of coordinator of all personal vendors attending the wedding.
Clients will not have to clean the venue after their wedding, our team will take care of all cleanings.
Client is allowed to bring in their own decorations or decorator.
All alcohol must be poured by The Middleton Bar staff, no other bartender or guest are allowed to self serve alcoholic beverages.
Both wedding packages can hold 65 guests seated, if you have less than 65 guests we will customize your seating to your guest count.
All package pricing stays the same even if you choose to waiver a vendor.
